The call you never hear
It is 8:47 on a Tuesday night. Someone who has been thinking about a treatment for three weeks finally picks up the phone and calls you. You have no recording of that call, no note of it, and no idea what she heard.
When did you last call your own practice after hours and listen all the way through? That is what this closes. It takes four calls and about two minutes of attention, spread over whenever suits you.
How to run it
Use a phone that is not in your practice's contacts and not on your practice's network. Dial your main published number. Let it run to whatever end it reaches. Then tap what happened.
You do not need to do all four now. The link at the bottom of this page holds your place. Come back on Saturday and add the next one.
